I totally agree with Angie! I'm not huge at putting labels on oneself if it limits you, makes you doubt; however, I sense from even just this one photo you have a strong sense of self.

I don't think classic is boring at all. Think of all the classic beauties--essentially classic is very good design. Not keeping it current can get boring, but it doesn't seem as though that will be your dilemma.

I don't really think classic becomes boring without attention, because a classic look relies on well-designed pieces. But I do know what you mean, and I actually just found an old post of mine worrying that I was relying too much on basic, if high-quality, essentials (nice silk shirts, etc).

I'm actually having a bit of navel-gazing around this outfit and your previous one from when you bought the bag. It's making me imagine the parallel universe where I'd decided to go to prep school and learned to dress well like my childhood best friend. Or even if I'd paid more attention to style the summer I lived in France as a teen! Instead of a few decades of awkward gender-rebel nerd. (Which, to be fair, was very true to who I am, so I don't regret it.)

Edit: I just looked up my Kibbe type and I'm pretty sure I'm either dramatic, or flamboyant natural. Interesting stuff! I hadn't looked at it before.

I don't see soft. I see sharp. And dramatic as others have said. A little classic, but unmistakably modern. Definitely not boring.
