I am definitely an alone shopper. Having someone along with me frustrates me because I like to power through the shops, zooming in straightaway on what interests me and taking the time when there's lots of things that interest me.

I end up feeling a bit resentful if my friend is looking bored or is done before me...I love an entire day to myself just going into whatever shop pleases me!

That said, my current BF is incredibly patient and actually helpful at times in the shops, pointing out cute stuff for me...but it also depends on his mood

My favorite person to shop with is my sister. We have very similar tastes with the same build/shape and have frequently bought the same tops and dresses separately at different times in different cities, entirely coincidental. Sometimes we separate while shopping together and come back to find each other holding the exact same thing. And we often show up at places dressed very similarly. It's so easy to shop with her because we like the same stores and we tire out about the same time, or want to hit Cinnabuns at the same time.

The more I read the more I realize that finding the perfect shopping friend is a rare and wondrous thing!

Used to have a shopping buddy, but she recently took a major hit financially. I pretty much shop alone, which can be dangerous when I get a good salesperson.
I have a difficult situation in that a person that used to be a good friend took a job at Neiman Marcus. It is a pure commission job. She now only calls me to sell me something.
