Absolutely! Like Suz and many others who are enduring snowy winters, I'm wearing a lot of skinnies/straight leg denim with tall boots right now. It works and it's easy!

Clothing, food, tv, movies....I definitely get on kicks.

I'm definitely on a few kicks right now. Winter seems to do that to me. Yesterday I made myself wear a dress (the stripey B44) because I've been on a relentless jeans and booties kick and my skirts and dresses have been languishing. We had some sloppy weather here last week too, so I've been on a rugged boot kick.

I've also been on a repeat watching kick of the entire (so far) series of Breaking Bad. I read something about the upcoming season, and it made me curious to go back and re-watch all the episodes from the beginning. It's been really interesting to catch nuances and foreshadowing that were not apparent on first viewing.

Foodwise, I've been on an avocado kick for months now. I probably eat two whole avocados a week, if not more. I don't know why, I've always liked them (Mmmm guacamole), but I now crave them. Peanut butter too. I confess that on more than one occasion when I get home and it's just me having dinner alone, I'll just slap together a PB&J sandwich and I'm perfectly happy with that. I think my peanut butter consumption has increased by about 500% since I started running!

Oh, my other food kick, I almost forgot!

Peppermint patties. I don't even really love mint flavored things, but I love me some York peppermint patties. I usually buy a bag of them for each of my open studio days (along with other snacks), but I think I'm going to try not getting them, because if there are any left over, I MUST eat them!

I'm not even going to admit how many times I've binge-watched all six episodes of Sherlock over the past three weeks....

Janet, ditto on the avocados. Two whole avocados a week isn't all that much. I each at least that much at one sitting every time I make guacamole. It's true they have about seventeen thousand calories, but at least they're loaded with vitamins and other good stuff!
