I just acquired this burnout velvet scarf in my thrifting adventures. The label says “100% silk/rayon Dry clean only.” I reeeeallllyyyy do not like spending money on dry cleaning. I almost never do it except for coats. Surely I can hand wash this? What would you do?
I mean, it wouldn’t be a tragedy to ruin something I got for $2.99 but I’d still rather not ruin it.
