Phoebe - I think the reason for some of the Chico's dislike is the fervent like that others have. Both seem a bit extreme on the spectrum for me. I don't necessarily feel like a core customer target for them, but the colors this year had me trying way more items than I've ever tried in the past. I'm glad you think the dress doesn't look too "sweet". I think that's where the right shoe can help mitigate things.

BD - thanks. I do want to feel put together, but yes, I need to be comfortable. I feel like knits can skew so casual, and it's too hot for me to add a 3rd piece, so I rely on necklaces to dress things up a bit more.

You look vibrant despite your health challenges and bright blue is clearly your friend. I especially like #5 and #6 and the fun hat too!

Sorry to be so late to comment, but the blue dress with the yellow sandals makes my heart sing! I love blue and yellow together.
