So my leopard moto boots were ordered on sale from Neiman Marcus. Today I noticed that they were cheaper. I tried to do an online chat price adjustment and they wouldn't give it to me. I even told them that they still had my size in stock and could return them at their cost and order a new pair. They still wouldn't do it and then the rep disconnected the chat session.
So I called their toll free number and got a price adjustment that was 3X the one I was asking for and it only took two minutes. I did report the name of the bad chat agent.
Ridiculous!
