I also want to give a Nordie's shout out for another reason.
Some of you might remember I bought a green Pendleton gear raincoat with Angie in Seattle. The blue was not available but was available online, so I also ordered that for comparison --- and, predictably, preferred the blue.
Stupidly, I had cut the tags of the green coat, and for some reason I did not have a receipt for it, not even an e-receipt!! (I think that is because I bought it while returning another coat and somehow it got lost in the transfer.)
Anyway, I sent it back to them with a note explaining what I thought had happened. And they refunded me the money!!
The coat was pristine of course and I had not worn it, and naturally they could verify that I had indeed purchased and kept the blue version (all of that is in my purchase history.) But still. I was impressed. And you'd better believe I will spend that money again in the store.
