Comfy flats! - YouLookFab Forum

I spent a year in France complaining about my fussy feet and living off one pair of black flats and suddenly, I find a flurry of shoes that fit! First the two toned brown oxfords I posted about, then the yellow oxfords I posted about recently and today, lots of gorgeous ballet flats!

I have a tiny budget and I'm not going to able to afford all of these now, but I wanted to share them here anyway and of course, they're going on the wishlist!

Pic #1 shows the basic black flats that I should defnitely get. Pic #2 shows the bronze-y snakeskin bersion that is a lot cooler and that I want to get. Pic #3 shows anotfher variation of the snake print.

Pic #4 shows the cool leopard print flats that are actually fuzzy to touch! I really like these too!

Another vote for the bronzy snakeskin and vote to get it instead of black. You can wear them year round with anything.

Definitely bronzy snake! More funky than the black but just as versatile!

My favorite are the leopard. But my vote for you to buy - bronze or regular snake skin. Like Joy, I think you should get those instead of the black. I used to think black and brown were the most versatile neutral, but since joining ylf have found those colors stay in the closet more often than not. Both would function as a neutral but would be way more fun than black or brown. I bet that if you got one of these, you'd be like me and find yourself gravitating toward them more often than plain black/brown shoes.

i also think skip the black and choose one of the snake prints, i am partial to the #3 snakeskin because you already have the great gold loafers as a metallic shoe option...

I concur! Buy the bronzey snakeskin and treat it like a neutral. These would go so well with your closet of brights! I say this as the owner of a closet of black shoes and (am I spelling this correctly) --- J'ai regret!

Leopard print has been in my wishlist for sometime now. Gorgeous flats esp that bronze-y. If I was you I would buy all of them at once since who knows how much time I would have to wait to find those perfect fit again after all the fuss this feet makes. So think Kirti, this is the time buy them all except that black one since you already own one pair.:-P

I like the snakeskin too. It seems a bit more trendy than the leopard (how strange is that). I also had a pair of soft metallic flats a few years ago and wore them out. That is very rare for me but they worked with everything I owned. I would consider the second pair as a second option.

Wow what an overwhelming consensus in favour of the bronzey snakeskin! They are my faves too. I do feel like I need a pair of black flats since my old pair is worn out and I use them to bookend my hair. I dont have any other black shoes though, excwpt a pair of heeled oxfords. Hmm...
