what colors do you like best with olive? I have Michael Kors olive straight leg pants bought last year and only wore them with neutrals like white, black and beige. Just bought a Zara olive sweater and am planning a small travel capsule around these. so far I have only a couple of neutral tops and tan pants that I like to take. I will have some functions that are casual but no jeans. I want to liven things up a bit with more color tops.

Olive is one of my favourite neutrals and I love it with blush, soft turquoise, tomato red, winter white, cognac, dark brown, and moss green. I think it looks good with black too, but just not on me.

I like it with black, white, pinks of all shades, and blues.

There's been lots of Friday ensembles with olive if you want inspiration.

I love olive with all shades of purple, from lavender to deep eggplant and everything in between. Also with navy and ink.

I'm wearing olive today with optic white, which feels great and clean on a sunny hot day.

I wore olive with cobalt last week, based on an Angie ensemble. Loved it! Prior to that, I mostly wore it with warm colors like mustard, tans, creams, oranges, and browns. I'm trying to be more open minded about color combinations so these are great ideas from everybody.

I've done olive with cobalt lately and love it. Orange and any purple (agreeing with Vivian) are fantastic too.

Olive (or as I've always joked, faded hiker green) is my main color, my neutral.

I use darker jewel tone blues and purples, burnt orange and mustard.
My additional neutrals are charcoal, mid chocolate brown, khaki and black.
I do use some navy to electric blue as well.

I've put forest/Hunter greens in, and that seems to be so dependent upon the shades. But it can work in a walking landscape way.

I've been pairing my olive pants with black (several) and blush (one) toppers. Really love the blush and olive pairing.

Olive is such a big part of my wardrobe that I probably wear it everyday. I put it with:

All shades of denim (what I have on today)
Citron or chartreuse (one of Angie's ensemble was olive and citron)
Cognac
Orange
Brown
Black
Golden Yellow
Camel
Teal (Teal, Olive and Terra cotta is one of my favourite combos)

The list goes on.

My favorites are black and white, but if you want color, reds, pink, cobalt, turquoise, orange including coral. What I don't like are beige or greys Unless brightened by white or another bright color, they just look blah (disregard if you have red hair)
