Colored jeans - should I keep?

My mum brought some jeans home from the local discounter, they were only 10€. They fit, but do you think I should keep them? Are they a good option for spring? Since I've made a wrong choice with my colored skinnies I'm always hesitating when it comes to bright pants.

I love this colour pant Astrid. they can be real versatile. I wore mine to ground. I especially love it how you are wearing now.They are great for spring.
I can see it working with your floral peplum as well.

Thanks Ramya! I'm thinking they would have a better chance to get worn because they aren't skinnies. I agree, I also like them with the breton shirt.

I agree with Ramya, they are a great spring colour. I think a bright light blue like that would be quite versatile.

Astrid, I think these would work for you really well. Lovely spring colour, but more importantly it seems like the right colour for you.

Generally with regards to pants/skirts anyway - do you need any at the moment?

Can you think of 5 different ways to wear these? Ok, 3 would be enough to make me keep them

Thanks Diane! I think I'm going to keep them. Experimenting at this price point isn't too bad. Hopefully I'll find some ways to make them look like 'me'. One good thing is that I can wear my denim jackets over them.

FWIW, I think this wouldn't work as a colored pant in my wardrobe. The color is close enough to denim that I think I would find myself reaching for my denim pair and then still crave for a pair of colored pants.

Ok, I just saw that they were extremely affordable and you decided to keep them. Given that you can wear them with your denim jacket, they might work really well for the spring, and you can still buy another pair in red or green, or one of the pastel tones.

Thanks Bella! That makes sense with the color being too similar to denim. I don't think I will buy more colored pants, but I can see myself having fun with this pair. Maybe I'll do some outfits when I have my whole wardrobe back.

Astrid, I really like these on you. The color will look great with black, navy, red, brights, pastels, white... Especially for spring/summer.

Glad you decided to keep them. Sometimes an item falls into our laps. When that happens, I take it as an invitation to explore a new look without feeling guilty if I don't wear them that often. The fit is great!

I think it's a great color and a good fit. I see nothing wrong with them. I even think they look great with the top you have on now. Light washed denim definitely suggest spring.

I love them for you! I think the colour would work well with the rest of your closet & since you're not big on 'loud' coloured trousers, their similarity to denim seems more like a plus than a minus.

I like the color, however I don't care for it with the top. I think a solid, crisp shirt a little longer in length not ending were it highlights the widest part of your hips would be more flattering. Or something tucked with a belt or semi-tucked. I think you will have a lot if fun.
