Such a great post - I can relate esp. to the comfort factor and the shoes. I would love to hear your thoughts on your jewelry and accessories when you get there. I think that adding the right jewelry can really help make an outfit that was sort of classic "safe" into something more interesting. The other night we had a casual music event to go to (outdoors). It was a nice evening and jeans were the choice. I wanted to be very comfortable so I chose my softest lightweight fitted jeans, my softest pale blue heathered V-neck tee and a simple navy belt. I thought it was kind of boring until I added a bold long pendant, a stack of mixed metal bracelets and my pewter sandals. Funny how just a few extras can make the outfit.
