I was intrigued by Angie’s new chore jacket, so ran over to Scotch & Soda to get a sense of their sizing, thinking I would order on-line. And, they happened to have the jacket in all three sizes I wanted to try.
First picture is the XS, second is the small. The XS looks great, if I stand still, but was uncomfortably tight if I moved my arms and shoulders at all. I love the color, and the weight is perfect to throw on in my over-air conditioned office.
So, I bought it, to do an outfit session at home, and see if it earns a place in my closet. (Since it’s on sale, return policy is 14 days for exchange/store credit, but I decided that was a reasonable risk, because I have nothing like this in my closet.)
Thoughts from the hive mind of YLF? ETA- If I keep it, should I hem the sleeves shorter, like the model? (For reference, I'm 5'6", and the jacket clearly hits me about 2" longer than the model- I'm fine with the length, but that's the main reason I want to do a try-on session.)
