Good to hear, Michelle.

Hmm. The Talbots tee is not clingy at all. Perhaps you needed to go up a size? They have very good plus sizes and we should look for stuff for you at Talbots too!

Michelle,
The thing about #2 that was throwing me was that the white button down seemed a bit business-ey to me.
I'm not sure how these would work with that tweed jacket, but here are some things at Nordies that I thought might give the outfit a less office, but still chanel look. The second and third one not so much Chanel but they caught my eye and might look nice with that jacket. and the fourth one is still white, but not button down.

anyhow... for whatever it's worth.

Not sure if this is the right place but the comments on the tops triggered a memory from a few years ago. A poster on another board would say hard over soft and soft over hard. So if you have any squishy bits (we all do), it is better to put a fabric or clothing item in that area that has more structure and substance and save the flowy or less structured pieces for your hard areas. I

Michelle, I wanted to chime in and say that I adore #3 on you. Fantastic outfit! I would kill for a dress like that one!
