I am off to Melbourne for five days and am packing right now. It is winter, and will have a mix of cool and slightly wet weather. But not freezing (5-18 degrees C) - I will be taking a checked bag.
Activities will include watching sport (in the day), a comedy show and a musical at the theatre (matinee), seeing friends and family, and city walking, coffee etc.. The dressiest occasion is probably the theatre and I will wear the black trousers, cream cardigan and either boots or black shoes.

- which coat or coats? I want one waterproof choice.
- which handbag - black or rust
- denim shirt or striped tee or long sleeve top (or all of them?)
