I will admit that I tend to be cheap when it comes to fashion.
I found these shoes at Target (Xhilaration) for $25! They are actually quite comfy.

I already have an outfit in mind for these shoes. But can I wear this color shoe with a dark brown belt? I have a ruffle front beigish cardigan that's closer to the color of the shoes that I want to wear a dark brown belt with.
