I've wanted more texture and patterns in my monochromatic outfits recently. And snakeskin seems perfect: it comes in black&white, it's super trendy, and it doesn't look too busy. So, here are two exciting snakey finds. Plus a few other fall purchases (yay fall shopping).
1-3 Snakeskin boots from Villa Rouge (a Shopbop house brand?). I love them! Definite keep once I decide between two sizes.
Also in this photo: it's sweater weather! And this J Crew poncho sweater caught my eye. Tags are still on, and I'm not sure it's quite right. What do you think? It looks better super-oversized on the long, lanky model...
4-5 Rag & Bone cotton snakeskin tee. It was expensive, so I have to decide if I would wear it enough. I think yes, because I need an easy wildcard. But I wish it were cropped; this length isn't really how I'm wearing tees at the moment.
6-8 I'm a sucker for weird jeans, so when I saw these crossover jeans from AGOLDE, I had to have them. My two pairs of R13 crossover jeans are still complete workhorses. These are a totally different effect, very 90s. I can't go down a size, but I wish they were narrower, with less fabric in the butt area. Just flattering enough?
