My favourite, after many years of searching are Bonds (an Australian brand) t-shirt pull over bra's, they're pricey, but fantastic!

I have widely separated breasts but not a narrow ribcage. If you have a Nordstroms you could ask their very knowledgable SAs in lingerie. You might even ask on a Nordstrom site live chat.
You probably need a small band size. I've had luck with Calvin Klein and Betsy Johnson for a 30 inch and Angie recommends Simon Perele which I hope to get at NAS.

Just wanted to post an update. I got this Freya bra and it is great. The SA told me to look out for vertical seaming in the cup for the best support.

I have a small back,narrow ribcage,and take a UK size 28DD-E.I buy all my bra's from Fleur of England.Expensive,but completely worth it.I recently re-stocked,as my size had changed,and I literally couldn't bring myself to part with my old ones because they still looked brand new after 3 years.
