This BR skirt followed me home awhile back because of the plaid and all the color possibilities it offers. I have several shades of lilac tops that just happen to go, including a sweater- blazer in deep lilac that I was threatening to toss out. Not to mention gray, black, navy , and dark tights vs nude hose.
Also because of the amazing properties of a plaid weave, it is very tolerant of variations in shades of colors to combine with it.
I do agree with a Reviewer, that the fabric does not have stretch, and would be better if it did.
