Okay totally stunned and overwhelmed by the blue love here! LOVE how open minded everyone is to my anime fantasies.
To answer questions, this is "permanent" but will likely fade into a more teal shade in time. It is a cool ashy blue which I think will segue into a silvery blue should I decide to do more damage.
Refugee, great question. While not sure this is presaging a style shift, I think it is bringing some game back to my own style and even if subtle, may help me feel less frumpy having some edge to my hair.
