I see that the Bay has new booties!

I want to purchase 2 pairs of booties for fall.
If I could pick 3-4 to try, which would you pick?

Requirements:
- not black

- dainty

- generally comfortable

- work with ink blue trench (see finds)
- work with blue satchel bag (see finds)

I have already a pair of black suede boots that will work with my black leather jacket and black puffer. Ultimately, I would like to move away from black but I cannot do so all at once.

I would try #1 (TopShop cognac), #3 (CK white) and #4 (424 suede), but that is just personal preference, they all look great.

I ordered the TopShops, CK Narlas, and both suedes because the colour is tough to gauge.

I was disappointed I didn't jump on the rust TopShops last year (viva and Angie have them), so I'm glad I have this second chance!

I ordered the 424 Fifth bootie a few weeks ago along with the Vince Camuto Brissa. I really liked them both but they were too similar to keep both. The pointy toe, block heel and comfort of the Brissa won over the 424 Fifth Suede. I am a 6.5/37 in a boot but having a low volume foot I can sometimes wear a 6. I found the 424 Fifth to run small as the 6.5 felt tight. Strangely, when I returned them I tried the 7 (in the dark brown) and they were very big. The quality of the construction was also slightly nicer on the Brissa. The suede covered heel on the 424 Fifth"s was lovely but not practical for Vancouver weather Although the shaft on the Fifth's looks higher in the photo I found them to be identical. Of course none of this is any help to you because you haven't ordered the Brissa BUT you have ordered the others, so my two cents has just muddied the waters! Sorry....

I love the rust Top Shop and one of the suede....maybe the Seychelles as they have a slightly lower heel. I have some camel suede boots and they are one of my favourites!! I don't wear them on days I know will be wet, but they have got wet a few times by accident.

So fun to read your analysis. I've ordered those 424s already and it's nice to get your take on the quality and heel height (the latter is not mentioned in the write up in the Bay's website).
I liked the almond toe but think I prefer the toe on the Seychelles more, so I ordered both to compare.

I did review the Vince Camuto and agree that they're indeed more refined with their pointy toe but it's the slightly western heel that I'm less keen on (I just have a personal preference for a straighter heel).

Also, about the size, I sized up to an 8.5/39 but my feet can fit a 38 if the toe is not too pointy. ...They might be just the right size if you say they fit small.

It doesn't rain as much here as it does in Vancouver, plus The season for these in eastern Canada is short, so I'm not *that* concerned about wear.

Kiwi, I am excited to hear about your good experience with camel. I love this colour! We are fellow Kibbe Naturals I think.

The camel I find very easy to wear, I like it with black, denim, red, pink, creak, navy....there is not much I would not wear it with to be honest!!

The 424 would be on my list because I love the colour, suede and the heel. I also like square toes. I also liked the rust TopShop ones from last year.
