Yes, they are big. I like that the hems are long, I've always loved long dragging hems. My main advice is to style them differently. Column of color, kind of tomboy. I would wear these with a loose light white shirt, a thin fabric so as to cling to your shape a bit, but not fitted, with a belt. Tuck or semi tuck. With a deep v neck, interesting jewelry. And light colored, tonal sneakers, loafer or mule.

Definitely shorten them, or wear with heels. Your rolled versions looked less overwhelming on. I like CocoLion's low contrast outfit idea too!

I also think the fit looks a bit big, but if you want to experiment with ways to offset the fit, a couple of things come to mind:

1. What about a more-dramatic cuff at the bottom, so the fold exposes your ankle? Similar to SJP in photo #1.
On top, a slim-fit pullover (tee, turtleneck, etc) fully tucked, add a belt, and pair everything with a stompy boot or tailored shoe?
