Oh, what a horrible thing to happen. I am so, so sorry. There is never a good time for things like this to happen, but for them to happen in conjunction with another funeral is even more devastating. Your and your DH's family will be in my thoughts.

I am so sorry to hear of these tragedies. Please take care of yourself as you deal with your loss and begin the healing process. The Grieving process knows no time limits, so don't rush yourself. As with any injury healing takes time, so be patient with yourself.
