Hi MzMonroe! I know I am not Angie, but I am going to the concert in Houston also on July 4th. When are you going?

I was thinking of wearing funky tights. or ripped skinny jeans, with a tunic type top. I wanted to step out of the box, but have a real rocker style. I found some really cute heels and for the first time am thinking of picking out an outfit to go with the shoes, instead of the other way around.

I hope you find a really cute outfit!

ANGIE I REALLY DON'T KNOW...I WANTED TO WEAR A DRESS....BUT I'M REALLY TOP HEAVY, AND EVERYTIME I PUT A DRESS ON I ALWAYS LOOK PREGNANT AND PLUS I'M GOING TO A CLUB AFTERWARDS...ANY IDEAS....AND I ALSO HAVE A PEAR OF WEDGES WITH A ZIGZAG HEAL I WAS THINKING OF WEARING BUT NOTHING TO GO WITH THEM......ANY IDEAS....I'M UP FOR ANYTHING

mzmonroe, will you be standing during the whole concert? If so, I'm not sure heels would be very comfortable. I don't know what Beyonce concerts are like, but from my own experience at concerts I know that comfortable shoes are a must! I'm not saying you shouldn't wear heels, but if you're going to be on your feet a lot with loads of people around you I suggest you bring some comfy shoes to change into during the show and then afterwards you could wear the heels to go to the club.

Now about the dresses... Since you say you're top-heavy, you might want to take a look at Angie's blog posts that address this issue.I'm sure you'll find a style that doesn't make you look pregnant!
