I've noticed a few times on the forum that you have said some boots were too tall and I'm confused. They were tall boots and under the knee so when are they too tall? I apologize that I can't remember to whom they belong but her issue was the wrinkling. You said the problem was the height. How do I judge this? I'm short so this could easily happen to me. Thanks!
