Angie, have you seen that BR sweater IRL? The red color is nice but I am not enamored with the fabric content - cotton is not warm for winter. I also had not the stellar experience with BR knitwear over the last several years - it tends to stretch and pill.
I also think I saw this sweater in the store and it is pretty heavy in weight - but it may have been another one as BR has several chunky sweaters now.
I am still thinking about the dark red JCrew cable t-neck but it is sold out in size L now

I like tomato red in theory but it does not love me as it loves you. I need to stick with true reds or blue reds but I definitely need to add more of them to my wardrobe as red makes me happy!

Ooh - texstyle - that is exactly what I am looking for. I want cashmere , or the softest wool I can find, and a slouchy, loose fit. NO turtlenecks . How is the colour IRL? Rose, more than red?

lisap - The everlane sweater I ordered looks like more of a soft rose red to me. I don't have it yet, I have the taupe one, but I finally ordered the red after experiencing the comfort and easy care of the taupe. It should arrive soon. I usually wear a size M or 10 in blouses (I don't like fitted) and I wear the L in Everlane for a roomy fit. I'm hoping the screen images are true to color - they were for the taupe.
