That mint green color is so pretty! I would buy that first sweater with the rust and mint if I could! So lovely, all around!

Mint and cinnamon is just wow, I love all the new items but the mint items really have me swooning. Just a perfect seasonal refresh. Now if only Angie travelled to Australia from time to time.....

Love these color combos! Sounds like a fun day. Also a fan of your hair - so cute!

I bet Angie is the best person to shop with ever!

The jumper and scarf are really wonderful. Fab to find a good matching bag!

Inge, I really love your color direction, the individual pieces & the design details on the sweaters.
The striped sweater/scarf are gorgeous and they explain why I often pair rose gold with mint. I hadn’t translated it to coupling it with cinnamon wardrobe items but, eureka!
You looked lovely in the pics, great pattern mixing.

Pretty cool taste there, Inge

suntiger - I will wear it as soon as the weather permits:-)

La Belle Demimondaine - Thank you.

peekaboo - Chuffed that you love it too.

Bijou - Exactly, the mint is feeling extra fresh. And how I wish you could go shopping with Angie too.

Robin - Thank you for the hair compliments.

Jane - Hah! Great minds think alike:-)) I have an older cognac Matt & Nat satchel that will work, but I’d love a crossbody to complement the look because I wear those most often these days. And then I wouldn’t say no to a pair of booties or leather sneakers in cinnamon, cognac or matching brown either:-) And yes, Angie is THE BEST!!!

Opaline - Thank you, and yes, such a good idea to pair rose gold with mint (I’m taking notes here). Glad the sweater/scarf colours provided this eureka moment;-)

Cee - Thank you:-)

Oh, Inge... WOW! I love everything about this. What a fantastic haul of clothes, those first two pieces esp just blew me away, what an interesting colour combo.

You looked amazing in the photos with Angie... I loved the polka dot purse with your striped dress, your hair, your make up, and to be honest, you look about 23.

And of course I loved the story of your day. Such fun.

I hope you are able to post more WIW's - would love to see this stuff in action.

Ooh, what a great haul! I'm especially enamored with the striped sweater and matching scarf. Great signature pieces for the new season!

Those items are beautiful and I can see how you will make them shine.

Elizabeth - Thank you!! And 23, *smiling* I promise to post WIWs more regularly. Can't yet wear my new stuff though, we're having a bit of a heatwave here in Belgium.

Jenn and Celia - Thrilled that you like them!

Great collection of stuff & a bit unexpected, in a good way

I love the color combination in that sweater and now want that! It’s hard to find mint or seafoam or sage green here anymore, and I love those colors! Any suggestions where to find in brands available in the US? And combined with cinnamon — dang, now I want pants in that color.

Loving the periwinkle and deep purple bag too.

Thanks so much, Anna!
Janet - Thank you! Those shades of green look gorgeous with your eyes, but as you said, not always easy to find in stores. I am keeping an eye out for you (also in combination with cinnamon) and will report back as soon as I see seomthing.

From what I’ve seen and read, there should be lots of mint, teal and sage green with shades of purple for F/W 2019 - ALONG with earth tones.

Sounds like a great shopping trip. I love how your new pieces look like they will mix and match together. I have a tendency to shop within a color palette even if I don't do it intentionally. I'll come home from the thrift store, lay everything out, and then realize it's all shades of navy or purple (or whatever color I happened to fixate on).

Yay, happy to hear you’ll be posting WIWs! That mint color will be great on you, I’m sure.

Bijou, can you meet up with Angie in S Africa? That would be fun for the rest of us to peep.

How totally fab! Those colors will be gorgeous on you, can't wait to see some WIWs (but not anxious to push summer away just yet). You are soooo lucky to have regular shopping trips with Angie - but you knew that

Sara - *snap*, that happens to me as well:-)
Fashintern - Thank you. I'm very excited about the mint additions.
Chris - Thank you. And I did indeed:-) Always so grateful and happy to be able to shop together.

I actually do that too. I realized the other day the last 4 costume jewelry earrings I bought were mint or pale aqua!

Ooo lovely stuff. You are giving me ideas. I am packing for a vacation to France and Spain and don't want to take my summer stuff. Ready to throw that in the bin after all the hot weather.
I am getting all my beige and camel out of my closet and want to combine this with some other colors. I have time to look for some blue and mint and white.
I hope you have time to show us the Tumi bag on your body. Very interested in this bag.

Beautiful stuff and all so very well coordinated, it will give you so many new options and combinations. And thank you for introducing me to WE Fashion brand. They seem to be very reasonably priced, how is the quality?

Your earrings sound divine, Opaline!

Adriana - Fun that you got some inspiration out of this. I love the idea of combining your beiges and camels with blues, mint and white! And I'll take a pic of me sporting the Tumi bag soon. Have a wonderful trip!!

Anchie - Thank you. It'd been ages since I last bought something at WE, if I remember correctly the quality was quite good for the price point. The new jeans and blazer feel good quality for sure. Knitwear can be hit and miss, so hard to predict how that will go.

Oh I almost missed this post and so glad I didn’t because the colors are such a treat! You did so well, Inge...really wonderful pieces that look lovely together. And shopping with Angie made it extra special I’m sure!

Thank you, Inge.

Here’s the semi-recent jewelry/bag fruits of my color goggles, lol. I didn’t even plan it.

Now I just need to nab stuff you posted for Janet. Lots of minty goodness.

Oooh thanks so much for posting these, Opaline! What a beautiful collection of excellent finds!! Extra fun when it's unplanned and comes together so brilliantly for sure. I bet you're going to have so much fun sporting these. (And have fun shopping from Janet's thread;-)
