Are any of these F21 motos worth trying?

I need to find an inexpensive moto-type jacket ASAP--fall is coming and my outerwear situation is sad! After striking out downtown last week I'm considering giving Forever 21 a chance. I'm at the very top end of their size range and my broad shoulders make any kind of structured topper super tricky to fit. Returns will be a PITA because I have to drive to another city. I'm thinking #1 would be the best gamble--the brown colour seems less likely to look cheap, somehow.

Alternatively, I could try to get downtown again and spend some more time at Winners, and also see if H&M has the waxed denim jacket Suz just found.

I have zero experience at Forever 21 because there isn't one in Kingston. So I will hope that others here have seen some of these in person.

Of these, my vote goes to the first one, if the fit is good and it's not too cropped. You look like you are on the tallish side from your photos.

Have you tried the juniors section of Winners? I see cool motos there all the time!

I am tallish--5'8" And I've never tried the juniors section! I may have to venture over there.

F21 is totally random - you just have to go there and try on. I can wear anything from small to large there, and have found some incredible bargains in with the cheap schlock. I know Shiny has a moto from there that she loves.

I was at F21 today, and I must say it was amazing how cheap all the faux leather looked. Pretty sad, because I was very impressed with them last year. Sorry to be a downer here.

No, rae, that's super helpful. I would be ordering online so I wouldn't have a chance to see them in person, but the online pics affirm your impression. I was hoping they might be better IRL. Shiny's moto was the one that inspired me to check their site, but now I think I'll be better off going downtown and sifting through the chaos of Winners more carefully.

I am 5'7" and I had luck in the jr's section ... but I didn't end up buying the jacket because it was similar to another I had.

Do you have a Le Chateau Outlet nearby? They have cute pleather jackets!

Cleos also had a great pleather moto jacket in black or in stone. They look like real leather to me (I tried them on) and actually bought one but returned it because the pleather is not breathable enough for menapausal me...

Worth a look if you have one near you. I'm 5'6 and had to get an XS in the jacket. They are on sale at the moment, from $99.00 down to $69.00
