It's a long shot... not holding my breath. They have something I really really want that is sold out everywhere... BUT they won't sell it to me or ship it to me over the phone.

I've been on the phone trying to arrange a transfer, but all their staff keep giving me wrong information.

I don't want to make this a chore for anyone, so feel free to tell me to forget it. I half want to forget it because of the terrible service, but I'm sure ALDO doesn't care about losing business on something they're selling out of regardless.
