Anniversary Possibilities...

So my anniversary is coming at the end of the month & it’ll be 25 years.
We're going to a bistro type dinner & I was contemplating these two outfits.
I haven’t thought about jewelry or anything that’s a finishing touch yet, other than either sheer sparkly hose (insp by Jessikams’ hose) or sheer black hose with small swiss dots. That would be choices for the first outfit with the pattern mixing but maybe sheer or opaque red for the second outfit?
Does one of these outfits appeal to y’all more than the other?

I love the first dress paired with the white booties! I like the contrast of pretty and though. I think both hose choices would work but if I had to choose, I’d go with the sheer sparkly hose.

I kinda was digging that juxtaposition like you but then I wasn’t sure if it was enough black in the booties to look intentional. Glad to hear a confirmation for it.

Well, I was kinda thinking of totally surprising him. Other than Christmas, haven’t worn a dress or skirt for a bit, was gonna let him think I was wearing pants. It’s an idea though, to come on out with it & ask for preferences.

Whoa, those SHOES!!! Purple floral AND sequins! I feel like you could wear those with absolutely anything and they would look fab. But of course, in case of rain or snow, go with the boots.

I think the owl bag and the floral pumps would look amazing together. I would need a solid dress to wear with that many printed/embellished items, but if you're comfortable with a high degree of pattern mixing, why not!

Ha, I know Angie. Was just thinking of your aging post, and wanted to throw it out there, which may have been a bit out there, lol! It’s because I forgot to go back to the post. I do everything online on my cell & am easily sidetracked. So it all came out out of place.

Thank @all y’all for the congrats and opinions! I love hearing everyone’s thoughts. I am glad you like the floral and spangly shoes! I was able to grab them marked down to $40 from over $100! I did a magpie dance when I saw them.
There’s a lot of other shoe options too, was just tossing around my immediate ideas. Your individual thoughts are definitely gonna help me choose.

As for the pattern mixing, I am comfortable with pretty cuckoo levels of it ...
