What great news! That's a real milestone and a reason to celebration. I vote either #1 (like the pearls and the shoes) or #7 (like the pearls and the bag). I think the PVC reminds me of a shiny patent, and patent doesn't look "natural" anyway --- treat it like a fun, playful piece and enjoy it, unless you don't like the looks close up!

You've had plenty of input, but wanted to say my favorites are 2, 3 and 8. I really love the pearls, but they project a very dressy and classic vibe, whereas a more trendy look with the colorful shoes or bag might be more appealing to the teens and parents at the ceremony. Congratulations on the graduation and best wishes for your son and his firpture plans.
