In general, how do they run? Tend to run true to size, larger, on the small side, all over the place? How about width?? I fell in love with a pair I saw, but they have only medium width and I am *hoping* with a good stretch by a shoe repair shop they will work. They are pretty pricey for me so I can only try one at a time....any info is MUCH appreciated!
