Quince actually has a Loewe copy which is quite nice! I might just have to consider it for sometime later this year. Quince now ships in Canada which is great news :).

I just want to share with this wonder community of ladies - as I am incredibly picky about handbags as well. I actually prfer satchel style as everything falls off my shoulders and cross body styles bother my neck and clavical (bad biking accident and unable to have surgery to repari the break). I also prefer organization and soft leather - not stiff and not sloppy. I ran across Latico and they are AMAZING!!! Quality, sutainable practices, small batches, family owned, I could go on and on. Just wanted to share this incredible brand. Not sure they are your style Janet. But just could NOT share this spectacular find! I purchsed the "Stevie" in "desert trail" - the color is sumptious and I am in LOVE. I have been going without a handbag for 5 years and this brand got me!

In my excitement to share I neglected to mention a zipper close is a must for me as well. I noticed the Bianca and Joplin have a zipper closure. Some handbags don't have a zipper and some do. Not sure if these are your style or not. But perhaps worth a try

Just came across this brand today - great shape , zippers and magnets for closures, and has SILVER hardware . Love the cream too . ( There are a ton of colour options but not all with silver . )

Janet, how about this Allsaints Perez suede shoulder bag? It is dark brown suede with a bit of slouch, silver hardware, zippered top, east west orientation, and architectural details like zippers and flaps on the outside. I feel like it could go with either Allsaints UWP or boho outfits because of the suede. Plus it's on sale!
