Thanks to Lisa I tried the Caslon Terry knit button front. I have always liked some knit button- front shirts because of “ structured softness”. I got navy sz M because I’ve worn M in some Caslon before and I wanted to be sure it was roomy enough for layering, possibly over LS T as well as SS.. This is not a dressy item for me, so slip- in comfort is important. I often need a long sleeve over my T shirt at home in a/c if sitting still, even though our set temp is warm! But it did not really shrink at all ( in dryer for only a few moments , then hang to dry), so I got the dusty pink in S, intentionally more classic fit, and it is fine. I ordered navy S to see if I want it as also more fitted stand-Aline shirt, but, navy is not a good face color per se and less so if collared/ LS, so, whereas worn open over paler or striped tees , works well, or buttoned as casually oversized, so hopefully I will talk myself OOT of semi- duplication. Wish it came in more “medium” colors.

Also got the Zella cozy pleated sweatpants- a kind of a peg- ankle style which I like. I did the black, go figure , because I know that fits in with so many casual pieces I have, and sneakers; going to try the gray but think it may be too washed out. This could be seasonally- confused for me, because cotton- poly fleece is transition-weather, but, it’s cropped, so bare ankles. But I can usually tolerate bare ankles in mildly cool weather if warm elsewhere. I could try it with fun socks, but might look too clownish for me. Will see.

I tried the featured pick AG BF jeans but sent back, as the fading was way too prominent.

May try a few more things, though many items were sold out even when I started.
