54 here, but like Suz and others said, I feel better than when I was in my forties. Having my kids become mostly independent has given me time to actually think about what I am wearing, lose some weight(a constant struggle), and overall have some time for myself. That was about the same time I found YLF, and I am so grateful for all the ideas and fun I find here!
