Sneaky JulieJohn- I believe you still need to be discovered. I'm going with #2 as your lie because I can totally see you in those Jammies.
And I'm going with #3 for Denise.

He he, fooled you. Here is a photo of my closet, in rainbow order.

#3 was my lie, about the footy pajamas. And I WISH I had those jammies, because I love me some turtles. Turtle Power!

It's getting really hard to keep up with everyone's posts, but I'm having fun reading the truths vs. the fictions!

Joy, I remember my mom telling me about paper dresses. I guess they were a thing in the early 1960s. So funny! Guess they didn't catch on.

JJ, you're a good fibber!

I'll take that as a compliment!

You are all very kind 2 is my lie (I was a railway station officer/signaller and wore a uniform to work every day! And my attempts at vintage/ethnic dressing were dismissed as wearing "curtains" in highschool!)

My friend really did say that. I think she had been soaking up a lot of Trinny and Susannah on DVD, got inspired to do her own wardrobe up, then wanted to fix mine. Her style is much more classic and neutral than mine and she has a completely different body type. Needless to say, it was an awkward conversation.

JulieJohn, nobody has ever thought to call me Fruity before and I rather like it!

I'm envious of all these mentions of pyjama wardrobes (true or not! Must move out my saggy tshirts and old workout pants and get real pyjamas stat!)

Haha, these are so funny! I'll play. I don't know which one is the last one, but I'll say Denise's lie is #1.
Here are mine:
1. My favorite thing to put on as soon as I get home is a T shirt with Speedy Gonzalez holding a tequila bottle and Curious George pajama bottoms, and I own two sets of these.
2. I don't own a single pair of trousers.
3. I used to wear my hair in an Afro.

GP, I say #2 is the lie... don't recall any posts with slacks. Mine are #1. Some of my animals were featured on local tv. #2 I worked in a carnival for all my teen years #3 I've never cooked a full dinner (with trimmings) in my life.

I'm guessing Denise's lie is 3 .
GP, hard one. I'm guessing 1 is the lie.
BM, also hard. I'll guess that 3 is the lie

Nope, Joy.... good guess, but #3 is the truth! I've cooked partial meals, but no full ones and I'm OLD! Lol.... guess I'm better at weasling my way outta things than I should be

Oops! Double post. Should've said I haven't worn a tee shirt or tennis shoes in more than 35 years, lol (true!)

I think GP's lie is #2....

Here's mine...

1. I have a tatoo
2. I've worked as an artist's model
3. I've permed my hair

Carla, I think 3 is your lie. That hair looks 100% natural.

I don't think Goldenpig wore her hair in an afro

Runcaria, I'm going to guess you've never permed your hair.

I don't think Carla's permed her hair.

Mine, on the other hand...my mom took me to get my hair permed at age 5. Really tight curls and short cut. I was kinda traumatized...it was stinky, it burned my scalp and made my eyes sting, and I ended up with an "Afro". I tried to wash it out even though they said not to wash it for two days, but it was still super curly and short. Plus I was really tan from swimming every day in the Arizona sun (we didn't use sunscreen much back then), so I really looked like I had an Afro! My mom kept taking me and my sisters to get our hair permed until I quit midway through high school. Since then my hair's been stick straight. Now, looking back at the pics, it wasn't as frizzy as I remembered...it actually was kind of cute! Hopefully perms are more gentle nowadays! Here I have a pic of me dancing with my dad and at my 5th birthday.

I do wear really old Speedy Gonzalez T-shirts--they are from souvenirs from Puerto Vallarta from our last family vacation with my dad in 1996 before he died of cancer. Shows you how often I replace my loungewear!

#2 is a lie, but is almost the truth--I actually do own about 4 pairs of trousers, but you'd never know it. I can't remember the last time I posted a WIW of me in trousers!

OMG Natalie you are so adorable! I got a tear of nostalgia in my eye as this is much how I looked as a child, even down to the strappy long dresses and the socks with Mary Janes. (I didn't look like the other girls who had long blonde hair and wore much more fashionable clothes, I felt wrong. Yet I see you and you were beautiful. That makes me feel beautiful x)

Hugs, Fruitful! You are simply gorgeous...I love your luscious curls. You must have been adorable as a child! Just like your sons!

#3 is true! When I get anxious, I usually end up doing something dumb to my hair. About 6 weeks before my wedding date, I got a perm!

I had been reading about how a perm could be done that would relax curls and make them more 'purposeful'. I was hoping for loose waves, but ended up with tighter curls and poodle hair.

Got most of it cut off before the wedding, and ended up looking like Mia Farrow in 'Rosemary's Baby'.

That was my one and only attempt at chemically changing the structure of my hair!

How did I miss the great thread??!! What a fun game!!
Here's mine, (days late):

1.I used to dress like a boy
2.My hair was relaxed at the age of 2
3.I have over 50 dresses in my wardrobe

What a fun thread!

1. The core color of my wardrobe is blue.
2. I fit my 4 season wardrobe inside one closet.
3. I own more sandals than boots.

IMJ, I guess #1 is your lie.

And Lisa, I know #3 is your lie.
