Have you tried Simone Perele?

I have not, Angie. From looking online, their selection in my size seems limited to either t-shirt bras with padding or seamed cups. I have a couple of bras with seamed cups, and I end up not wearing them very often because I don’t like how the seam ridges look under clothes. I’m also tired of the stiff feeling of padded t-shirt bras. I’d be willing to try them on, but I don’t see any retailers in my area that carry them.

Please try them! Their padding is SUBTLE, and the comfort sublime.

Try Freya and Panache too. Buy online at Bare Necessities.

I will try them when I have the patience for a bra trying marathon. Not sure now is the time. Maybe in fall?

My sports bras are Panache. I have a Freya bra that is nice but not everyday comfort. I am really looking for non-seamed stretch lace. I sacrifice a little bit of support for comfort with the style I have been wearing, but I seem to be getting less and less tolerant of any discomfort in band and cups. Maybe because the darn boobs are just so heavy. I love my boobs, but good lord, my body has been carrying them around for well over three decades now, and it’s not easy. I don’t think smaller breasted women have any idea how hard this can be.

Sorry I don't have any advice, just comiseration. Bra shopping is the worst!

Ugh! I can't help you with bras but I CAN commiserate. It's a running joke at my house that anything I love will be discontinued. The most recent is the facial cleanser I've been happily using for years. ***sigh***

Marilyn, yes! My mom used to complain about that, and now I totally understand her. Last thing was facial moisturizer. Then eye cream.

I’m thinking I should stock up on my favorite underwear before it’s doomed too.

YES. I hear you, Janet. Try in the Fall, and maybe try Soma too. Online bra shopping can be GREAT, if you know your size and can accurately assess fit - which I know you can do. I LAUGHED at the title of your thread

Laughing @ Marilyn too....

Thanks, Angie! I appreciate your chiming in, and that you didn’t take offense to my thread title, LOL.

Perhaps in September I will do a little bra reconnaissance. I also need to start looking at new eyeglass frames, another task I find daunting (but not as traumatic as bra shopping, thankfully!). Perhaps a post-birthday present...

I can't help, but I can commiserate. Sorry you're having such a time

Haha. As a 34G I'm with you girl! I treat my bras with utmost care to make them last (when they are comfortable). I do have a Simone Perele that is fab (but the sizing is not comparable to Wacoal. so you might have to do some experimenting).

I mostly stick with Wacoal because the sizing is pretty consistent and the quality is there. I tried the third love brand, but it's a cheap knockoff of Wacoal for folks who have never purchased a high end bra (IMO).
I've been trying to find a comfortable minimizer with no luck. I don't like to advertise my headlights so I had been wearing tshirt bras but they are usually padded.
Find one you love and duplicate like mad!
