This is a great bootie for a slightly wider foot. A fairly narrow opening makes it ideal for a dainty ankle and narrow calf too. The leather is soft and the footbed can be made more cushioning with an insole. The fold back can be turned up for a slightly longer silhouette. With a stable 2-inch heel and slip on access, it’s an easy go to shoe for colder weather. Available in black and taupe.

I got these booties today and they are fabulous. I’m not sure if I’m going to keep them because the heel felt a little off to me, like it was throwing off my center of gravity. I’m not much of a heel-wearer though, so it is probably just my own awkardness. If you are used to heels I’m sure they would be perfect. In any case they are super cute, soft, and well made. They gape around my slim ankles but I like the look. Definitely recommend.

Sizing: I went up half a size for insoles and socks and they feel good.

I got these boots in the black and love them. The heel height is OK but it is a little narrow toward the bottom of the heel. I am sure this will not bother most people. The boots are gorgeous and I am hopping I will be able to adjust to the heel because I really want to keep them. They gape around my ankles just a little and would look great with dresses, skinny jeans or leggings. Run TTS and I would recommend.

I have this boot also and found it to be wide enough to be able to wear it even though I normally wear a wide width. I just went up a whole size….super soft leather, very neutral color (taupe) and will be very versatile. Im not used to a heel that narrows at the bottom, but still felt secure walking. If you normally wear a wide width, I’d say try this one- just go up a size!

I ordered these in black and am exchanging them for a 1/2 size up. Love the look and the heel doesn’t bother me a bit–I wanted something not flat but that I could still wear all day long and these fit that bill perfectly. I haven’t ordered this brand before but I think it runs a bit small. Even without socks, I felt like my toes were closer to the end than is comfortable for me. So once I get my proper size, I think these will be great with leggings, tights and dresses/skirts and black jeans!

I purchased these a half size up in taupe and absolutely love them. The ankle is slim so there is very little gaping. I’ve paired them successfully with both dresses and jeans. The color is neutral and seems to go with everything. I highly recommend!

OK, I’m modifying my review.
After returning the 9s (to size up), Zappos didn’t have the 9 1/2. I was able to try them on in a SM store but the 9 1/2s felt too big, almost. And, in the black color, there was just something that looked a bit off to me.
Back to the low-heeled bootie hunt…
