One of my favourite skirts at the sale because it's NOT tight, has sufficient length, and looks even better in burgundy. The pleats are stitched down to perfection creating a streamlined silhouette. Works well on hourglasses, inverted triangles and rectangles. Not that good on a pear shape. Here in plus sizes.
