I have this top in solid navy, and I love it. It feels and looks polished, playful and sharp in a very comfortable manner. Keeps me warm in a dressy way too. It's for a narrower top half, and very form-fitting, so you have to be okay with that, as well as the architectural poof of the peplum. Not good on a long torso. Might run a size small.
