It's not so easy to make a distinction between "dress up" and "everyday" for this capsule. Some are clearly more dress up but others are not. Some may easily be layered over and some may not. Cool weather dresses generally feel more dressy than summer ones to me. I wouldn't wear most of my everyday summer dresses to church, but most of these would be fine.
