BEST faux leather jacket at the NAS. Beautifully made, very polished, and looks better than the designer faux leather that was on offer. Gold hardware is only on the peachy toffee colour option. The sage and black have silver hardware. The tiny bottom front pocket is a unique touch. Short length looks great with skirts and dresses. Narrow fit. It's $60 well spent.

I bought this in chartreuse after my new orange Michael Kors puffer laundry disaster, and I like it even more. To save the ducks and true to the name of the brand, it's not made of down, and is easy to launder. It's warm, but light and packable. It's fitted yet layers well over chunkier items. The double zipper is fab and comes up very high for neck insulation. The hood fits my small head. PERFECT for PNW dog walking in the woods and on the beach. Comes in nine colours at a discounted price.

Very well made little fun rainproof parka that filled my wardrobe hole. I needed a short lightweight raincoat for Summer drizzle, and this fits the bill. I LOVE the retro swing silhouette and colour. It's best worn VERY fluidly like on the model. The brown buttons are attached to twirl tape which is a unique design feature. The hood isn't too big, and lies very neatly on the neck or on the head. It has a secret pocket on the inside lining for valuables. It's already a workhorse because I wear it in sunshine too. Looks nautical and is fab with blues and whites. Comes in olive.

KILLER STUNNING short wool classic jacket. The finish and quality are absolutely SUBLIME, and the best I have ever seen. The underside of the collar is trimmed with contrast velvet and extremely luxe. A true quality piece, and beautifully made. Fun micro polka dot lining too. Tailored and quite narrow. The US2 fits like a US0. Comes in red and navy. The avocado green earned a place in my wardrobe. It is a magical perfect fit. I'm very much enjoying the playful shorter length of the jacket because it works well with roomier bottoms, and is less traditional than a regular length blazer. Can work well into Spring.

GORGEOUS relaxed blazer with a very comfy tailored fit because of stretch. The floral pattern is cheerful to wear in Autumn & Winter. Punchy, fun and extremely well made. Beautiful quality. The velvet is as trendy as it is Modern Retro, while the pattern camouflages pet hair and lint. Equally cool-toned and warm-toned. It earned a place in my wardrobe.

Extremely comfy soft denim jacket with stretch. It might run a little small if you need a fuller cut on the bust and back, Extremely soft and a bright white. Roomy sleeves. Great over dresses, skirts and wide crops. Comes in two denim washes too. I bought this in the white in my regular size. It's boxy on my waist, but I like that fit. Looks architectural.

The best short fitted puffer I've seen all year. Glitzy, chic and dressy. Not sporty. It's Zara but very well made. The black piping detailing is SUPERB, the chevron quilting is awfully slimming, and the cut on the funnel neck is architectural. Long necks pull off this style best. The red is less bright in person. More fire engine than tomato. Comes in four colours. The toffee is hanging in my coat closet. I LOVE it.

STUNNING jacket. Modern Classic Dotty Fabness. Beautifully made and gorgeously structured - but not constricting. Very, very sharp. The slanted welt pockets visually slim the midsection. The navy is as nice as the olive. Equestrian, and gives most designer jackets a run for their money. This one is mine.

Best bouclé at the sale. Bolder in person and super soft. The length is sublimely flattering and the shawl collar unique. The weave of the bouclé is tight and feels substantial. Roomy sleeves and great over all sorts of layers. Chanel-esque.

Best boxy jacket at the sale. Faux leather with teddy bear lining is cosy, fun to wear, and warm. Good length and fab side entry pockets. The fit is STRAIGHT and very fluid, so you have to be okay with that. It does not overwhelm a small frame, and you have to love red to commit to it.
