BEST faux leather jacket at the NAS. Beautifully made, very polished, and looks better than the designer faux leather that was on offer. Gold hardware is only on the peachy toffee colour option. The sage and black have silver hardware. The tiny bottom front pocket is a unique touch. Short length looks great with skirts and dresses. Narrow fit. It's $60 well spent.

I got these and they are more ecru and colour-blocked in person. That will make them work well into Autumn and Winter. On-trend barrel shape in a more architectural way. Love them! They are as wide and balloon-shaped as they look. 100% organic cotton, no stretch, making them crisp yet soft. I'm 5ft 6, and they finish on the ankle bone on me. Longer than on the model. The rise is high, but it drops at the crotch point, so it finishes neatly on the waist.

This beautiful little cropped sweater earned a place in my wardrobe because it's the perfect shade of turquoise AND cotton-rich. It's excellent for skirts and wide crops because it's short and quite fitted. I love wearing it with bright red bottoms. FINALLY, I have a turquoise top, and it's a perfect match with my turquoise Furla.

Avant-Garde Jeans Fabness. This one is for Team Gold because the hardware is gold and glitzy. They are dressy, dramatic, and can function as a party piece. The high rise is girdling and comfortable. The denim does not bag out, and is thick and substantial. If you want them to fit like the model, they run TTS. I wanted a snugger fit so I sized down. They remind me of '80s Versace which makes me smile. Pricy, but will not date. A quality piece that oozes a luxe integrity. They earned a place in my wardrobe, and can work for holiday parties.

The burgundy is darker in person. Well made and amazingly unique amidst a sea of skinny neutral belts. It perfectly complements my new Bordeaux booties - so it followed me home. Size down a size.

I have these on order because I've liked the brand in the past and adore the wide leg silhouette. The fabric might be a little too thin for my liking, but I will report back soonest.

The denim is stiff, dark, dressy, and with a little sheen, which lends itself perfectly to the architectural silhouette of these sustainably and ethically made jeans. They are very balloon-y on a straighter figure, and less so on a curvier figure. They have a Japanese integrity and make a big statement. They earned a place in my denim capsule.

I like Everlane's dark wash denim, their relaxed cuts, sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices, and the turn-up on this style in blue. These earned a place in my wardrobe because they are on-trend, roomy, dark, 100% cotton, fit like a dream and very comfy. I LOVE the small cuff.

Best dressy coat at the sale. A STUNNING Modern Classic that will work over midis, and just about anything else. High longevity factor. It's heavy, warm, luxurious, and beautifully made. Very tailored so no bulky underlayers. Quite slim through the arms, and quite straight on the hips - but not that straight. It has worked on straighter and curvier body types. Remember that button positions can be adjusted to create a better fit.

Best refined and subtle square toe at the NAS for low volume feet. I got these because they are almost identical to a pair I'm wearing into the ground. Buttery soft, stable, and dainty. I love the chunky wooden heel. Beautiful sleek snip toe silhouette. Crisp and very polished. The white is softer than the darker patent options. Runs NARROW.

These are GREAT, and earned a place in my wardrobe. They are chunky in a refined way and super comfy. The long shaft makes them ideal to wear with midis, midaxis, and cropped pants. The tailored fit on my ankles and shaft is welcome too. Easy side zipper access. Comes in an interesting shade of olive, black, and toffee.

I have this little structured barrel darling on order to go with cream footwear and scarves. It's a trendy nod to the '90s, but has a fab classic element to it. It does NOT lie flat against the body when worn as a crossbody. Instead, it's a bit bulky, so you have to be okay with that. Comes in a lovely shade of mustard.

STUNNING Modern Retro boiled wool cocoon coat if you like Chartreuse. Works best on a long neck because of the funnel collar and neck tie. Slit sleeves can be turned back for an extra retro affect. Does not crease. Very comfortable for driving. Oversized in the torso and sleeves, and looks best that way. Tapers at the hem for structure, with fabulous side-entry pockets.

I got this in the cream to wear under my new sandy windowpane Hugo Boss pants suit with hybrid gold wing top sneakers. or cream boots. The cream is rich, and the fabric feels yummy and substantial. It's mostly made of an eco-friendly viscose, which is a natural fibre. I love the higher neckline of the hood. It also perfectly matches my new cream combat boots so it will get lots of wear.

A beautifully crisp peplum sweater that swooshes as you stride. Substantial fabric, and I HOPE it's a quality knit. It's form-fitting and best on a longer neck and regular or smaller bust. Too short for long waists and rises. The navy earned a place in my wardrobe. I'm wearing it over high-rise jeans and pants.

I have this navy darling and love it. It's tailored, 100% cotton, and very comfortable. I find the graphic playful yet crisp, versatile, dressier than it looks because it's refined, and fab with my pearls. It's in high rotation already.

This is a repeat style that I have in orange from a few seasons ago. Gorgeous fit, colour and quality. Architectural drape.

The best short fitted puffer I've seen all year. Glitzy, chic and dressy. Not sporty. It's Zara but very well made. The black piping detailing is SUPERB, the chevron quilting is awfully slimming, and the cut on the funnel neck is architectural. Long necks pull off this style best. The red is less bright in person. More fire engine than tomato. Comes in four colours. The toffee is hanging in my coat closet. I LOVE it.
