Kim, I know from recent posts that you've been trying to put together a more executive look for the office. Judging from recent feedback, it sounds like you've succeeded in nailing the daytime look...but I want you to focus on the nighttime! I challenge you to transform one of your executive outfits into a fabulous evening getup appropriate for a classy dinner, swanky cocktail party, or any other setting where an executive is expected to schmooze while looking devastating. Ideally you do it all through accessories, which are easy to pack and don't wrinkle, but you can change one garment from the original outfit if needed. You have free reign with hair and makeup, if you decide to get that involved for the challenge, but you don't have to go to the trouble of doing it all for the picture! Just verbally describe what changes you might make. Verbal descriptions of the ensemble you pull together would also be very helpful for your challenger, as would a picture of the original outfit you're adapting. .
