Here are some WIWTW and keep/toss

Pic 1-3: First is outfit planning for fundraiser/gala event; MOTB dress reincarnated. Shown with a gray silk “shrug” I found after the wedding. How does it work? I like it because of the silk fabrication and that it functions as a jacket, because evening wraps always slide off or I look swaddled in them, since I really need a topper indoors at night at these events, especially in cool weather, I will likely wear it the whole time. Shown with 2 possible shiny clutches—neither is really high-brow, though.

Pic 4: 10+ yr-old strappy sandals, purchased for similar events, long ago worn with a long dress. I think I should purge. On the one hand, I can mostly walk in them and they could be sitting shoes for fancy events. OTOH, they are a struggle to wear, as I worry I’ll wobble; they may look dated, I’m on team closed toe since I will always wear hose, and if I wanted to push my footwear envelope beyond my wearable pumps, perhaps I could find something in-between. What say you? Am I encouraged to let go of my fantasy life item?

#5: Another K/T—shoes identified to toss. Still fit but are square. Haven’t worn in years though the colors are useful for items I get from time to time, and I need the chunky type heel. But again, I’m thinking, toss and then get updates when and if I need them.

# 6: Fun find! Slightly pointy flats— these are quite comfy, though probably not all-day shoes. The subtle color & zebra pattern go with lots of things I have. They were low-cost, which is good for what might not be an all-day workhorse shoe.
