I rarely post weekend wear, but Annagybe's gorgeous interpretation of Angie's denim-on-denim pin made me swoon. So much so, in fact, that I immediately had to copy it.
I had a ton of returns to do yesterday plus a little post-mall exercise for the kiddies in the park. Since it is not so warm in Portland yet and I had kids to chase after, so I left my metallic sandals for another day (soon!) and my taupe booties too. I went with my low heeled black booties. Denim on denim was easy: JCrew perfect shirt in chambray with dots and JCrew matchsticks rolled. Added shine with my metallic belt and soft metallic Banana Republic purse/clutch.
I think that this turned out well. I can't wait to bust out the metallic sandals though.
Quick question: Pic 1 has the pants cuffed lower, and Pic 2 has them higher. I kinda like Pic 1 better, but am wondering what the collective wisdom of the forum is!
