Hi,

I'm a bit late but here are my picture perfect challenge outfits. I will also add them to the keepsake thread here. Thanks Bella for another fun challenge!

#1/#2-Dovima with elephants
I immediately thought of grays and blacks for this day. The dress has a very dark color palette to it, and the flowers and sequins remind me a bit of the texture of an elephant.

#3-5-The Pond-Moonlight
I thought of trees and greens, browns and muted blues right away. This dress is a tad too short on it's own, so I layered Bermuda shorts underneath. The brown sandals pick up the brown of a tree. And the butterfly necklace is the perfect compliment both for colors and quite often you find butterflies in the woods.

#6-8-Untitled (Cowboy)
This was my easiest day. Bella's plaid shirt and skirt outfit, was the perfect inspiration for me. And of course, some cowboy boots!

#9/#10-99 Cent II Diptychon
Red, black and busy, is what stood out to me from this day. I reached for my printed YLF swap dress. I went accessory free, the dress has enough print on it's own for me.

#11-13-One
This was my hardest day, and now my favorite of the week. I do not have most of these warm colors as separate pieces in my closet for a literal interpretation with the colors. Then I remembered my scarf, and built a neutral outfit around it. The white shirt picks up the white trees (?), the scarf has an abstract print of similar colors as the painting, and the cargo pants both ground the outfit and tie into the darker colors in the painting. I had to cuff the pants, uncuffed I kept stepping on them. They fall to the bottom of my heel with these open back sandals and got on my nerves stepping on them after a while.

Thanks for looking!
