WIW 11/12 lemmingwear (first time with my new iPhone!)

I'm in Santa Barbara this weekend for a work bonding weekend. Going for my take on the lemming look of skinnies, boots and jacket!

Striped top: Lands End
Skinny non-cargoes: Jag
Denim jacket: Levi's
Multi scarf: Target
Red boots: Frye Rory

And may I just say that I love my new iPhone beyond all reason!!

You look AWESOME. Those red Frye boots with that scarf?!?! And the grey skinnies? I absolutely love this outfit. And I love the silhouette, and you are not anything like a lemming---just interesting, cool, and YOURSELF (as I pointed out in the other thread). Thanks for posting this. If this is lemmingwear, then you certainly stand out from all the other lemmings! Fab look with all of the "fall" colors. You look as good in olive and russet as you do in your brights! Love the idea of a striped shirt with the patterned scarf....works as a neutral (or pattern mix)....must get more striped shirts....love the proportions of this look on you Mary! Just wonderful!!!

Oh Mary you never cease to inspire me. I have red boots and bought khaki/olive cargo pants (cropped) thinking I would tuck them into grey or black boots. Now I am thinking RED.

Great outfit and not a critter in site is leaping off a cliff.

I know the basic idea (skinny jeans, boots, scarf) is popular right now, but I don't feel this is a clone look at all. The individual pieces always vary from person to person. And those boots rock!

We were talking about you this weekend, MaryK - fantasizing about what it would be like if various forum members had an hour alone in your closet! I think I would have a lot of fun playing with your wardrobe.

I actually just ordered the iPhone4s myself - I should have it when I'm back from the Toronto trip - so I'm glad to hear that you like it! I've never had an iPhone, Apple product, or a smartphone at all before so I'm a little nervous.

You all are so kind and so funny! Rita, the stripes are navy. Kari, I had never had a smart phone either except for a disastrous experience with a blackberry a few years ago that lasted only a couple of days and scared me away from smart phones for ages. But the iPhone is just amazing! I think you will love it!

Looking great, MaryK! I love the fall colors. I decided to leave my iPhone at home on Friday night while I went out with friends because I didn't need it, and it just seemed like something to lose. I missed it. It's kind of sick.
