You had me laughing, Amy! Your husband's comments on the boots--priceless! I am nodding along with your comment about unlayered feeling a little undressed, too--I am SO that way. Today I wore a dress with a belt and boots, and I felt a little exposed, without a jacket or vest! But your outfit looks so fab and complete (and I got compliments on mine, too), so I guess unlayered does not really mean unfinished after all.
