Hi all,

This may be stating the obvious, but you can generally turn your waterfall cardigan into a drapey top/jacket by the strategic addition of a few press studs. I did this last week to a new waterfall cardigan. I like waterfall cardigans, but I sometimes like a little less volume (especially when worn under jackets/coats). It can be a little too much "flounce" for me (sorry Angie!). It can work for longer cardigans too - you will just end up with more of a tunic look. And if I can do it, anyone can.

Pics 1-5 show the different looks you can achieve with the addition of the press studs.

Pics 6-8 show how I did it. You put the press studs on the angled corners of the waterfall and on the collar. I have seen some RTW versions in which they put the press studs on the shoulders, but I chose the collar because it is more discreet and the collar is generally stronger.
