I hope this works because my computer is acting up today.
Finally my NAS purchase (YaY) arrived. I like the color of the blazer and the 'feel' of it but would like to know your opinion about it.
I used Tx Sarah styling to try it on and in some of the pictures used a safety pin just to make it tighter on the waist.

What are your opinions on this one? Is this possible to turn this into a 10? Should I alter it or am I just being too picky?

I like it a lot! I think it works for you. I wish this jacket fit me, it was too big at the torso

I just noticed that I look like a bank robber but well, technology was not with me today :o)

I'm glad you like it .I hope to do a lot with it this fall/winter.

To me, it's fine either way but I'm looking at pix of you standing still. I have a
preference for it without the pinning because it looks like it could possibly move with
you in a flattering way. So how is it when you move around, bend, sit, reach down and pick up something off the floor, twist around behind you? Pinned and unpinned.

Vildy the fabric of the jacket doesn't let it float, it actually looks more put together when moving if it is pinned.

Jacket is really cool, I do not see the difference between the pin and with out it... so I guess you should leave it as is and work around it

I love that jacket! It works way better on you than it did on me.
I am not sure I like it styled that way, iirc I just put my jacket on over whatever I already had on. Do you have a slightly shorter top?

Oh, yes! I really like the slimmer fit. If it's a doable alteration, I'd go for it.

Celia, does it fit well in the shoulders - it looks a bit big there? Which size did you get? I have ordered Large originally and it seemed to fit OK but then I tried on Medium and the difference was enormous. If this is the case with you a pin may not solve it...
Actually I think Large on me looked similar to yours...

Jonesy the safety pin is in the back, I would have to have it professionally altered so it could be tighter in the waist.

Sarah you are right, I wanted to try this version but agree that a shorter top will do better.

Sveta this is a small and it does fit well in the shoulders, if I would go smaller I wouldn't be able to move my arms.As I was saying I just used the pin to see how it would look tighter at the waist because that is the place where it feels too loose.
